Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative and supportive school district in Anoka, Minnesota, for the 20252026 school year. About the Role
The SLPA will provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Youll work closely with students across grade levels, implementing targeted interventions and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs). Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy sessions under the direction of an SLP.

Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection for progress monitoring.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards.

Qualifications

Active or eligible Minnesota SLPA license.

Associate or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences or Speech-Language Pathology.

Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
